ON the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the 8th Air Reserve Center, Cagayan de Oro City Councilor George Goking (a Philippine Air Force reservist holding the rank of captain) receives the Parangal sa Kapanalig sa Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas for dedicated service, exemplary achievement and active volunteerism as being handed out by Air Force Reserve Command chief Maj. Gen. Elpidio Talja. The rite was held June 1 at Nanuri International School in Cagayan de Oro City.
