BEAUTYZONE International Aesthetic Training Center is the first academy based here in Cagayan de Oro City dedicated to train SPMU artists.
SPMU or semi-permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing technique that involves implanting pigments into the skin to enhance or reshape certain facial features such as the eyebrows, eliner and lips.

With that, BeautyZone International Aesthetic Training Center ceremonially kicked off with a grand launch June 18 at Mallberry Business Suites here in Cagayan de Oro City with esteemed SPMU artists from all over the Philippines as guests of honor and judges in an SPMU contest.
The guests of honor are esteemed SPMU artists Maricel Lee, Gem Simon Buna Cruz and Reyshie Vasquez-Dalaguit.
BeautyZone International Aesthetic Training Center is the brainchild of acclaimed Cagayan de Oro-based SPMU artist Rutchen Ambal. The visionary owner of BeautyZone Aesthetic Clinic, Rutchen isn’t just a practitioner in the art of beauty, she’s a trailblazer in the field of aesthetics.
Rutchen has a master’s degree in clinical social work and completed the following: master instructor course for skincare aesthetics, certificate of tropical dermatology, certificate on breast augmentation and hip and butt augmentation, certificate on airdot, auto-strip and machine and needle science and certificate on hiko nose threadlift and mono threadlift. She is also a recipient of the trusted medical aesthetician of the year award.
BeautyZone International Aesthetic Training Center is banking on these accolades to be the premier training academy for SPMU and aesthetics here in Northern Mindanao.
It offers the following courses: skin care fundamentals (foundational skin care course for aesthetic enthusiasts), introduction to aesthetic injections (comprehensive training in advanced techniques), seven-day intensive aesthetic professional program (a complete master aesthetician course) and semi-permanent makeup training (comprises both theory and practical elements on SPMU techniques).
