ALL systems go by the administration-led alliance of Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy and Congressman Rufus Rodriguez of the city’s 2nd district as they filed their candidaies at the city offices of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Prior to the filing, Mayor Klarex and Congressman Rodriguez along with administration candidates attended Mass at the St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral.
