MISAMIS Oriental provincial tourism officer Maryden Ocot welcomed the pronouncements of newly seated Gov. Juliette Uy for more inclusive tourism programs in the province targeting both domestic and foreign arrivals.
“With her vision and forward-looking programs, we are confident that Misamis Oriental will continue to thrive as the premier gateway to Northern Mindanao—showcasing our breathtaking natural attractions, rich cultural heritage, and the boundless hospitality of the Misamisnons to visitors from near and far,” the provincial tourism department stated.
“As we move forward under her guidance, we look forward to stronger partnerships, new investments, and innovative initiatives that will strengthen our province’s position on the tourism map—uplifting every Misamisnon and securing a brighter future for generations to come,” it added.
