THE fiesta celebration of sitio Lapz II in Lapasan, this city was successful thanks mainly to barangay Lapasan chairman Julito Ogsimer who hails from the said sitio.
With their patron saint Nuestra Senora dela Paz’s fest celebrated every January, Lapaz II residents enjoyed a series of activities from basketball league to bingo, live band, Mass, sitio parade, Mobile Legends tournament, awarding, rave party and sakay-sakay.
Lapaz II is so large that it is composed of four zones!
The fiesta basketball league itself already kicked off in December in 13 under, 16 under, 21 under and open categories.
In his message, Ogsimer thanked all the residents of Lapaz II for actively participating in all the activities, resulting not just a very unified celebration but also continuing camaraderie within their neighborhood.
