THE barangay assembly day for the second semester of 2025 in barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City was successfully held October 25 under the leadership of chairman Julito D. Ogsimer.
The event gathered over 550 residents, demonstrating the active participation and interest of the community in barangay activities.
