The COCOMOR Christmas Fair 2025 officially opened, Dec. 5, at the Activity Center of Ayala Malls Centrio, Cagayan de Oro City, launching a three-day showcase of coconut-based food, crafts, and homegrown MSMEs from Misamis Oriental. The opening featured presentations on the 2025 Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan accomplishments, and Christmas caroling, while a business-to-business matching event provided networking opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
Running through Dec. 7, the COCOMOR fair highlights culinary competitions, including the “CIC Chef Wars,” and the “Pasko na Bai! Christmas Kasadya” contests, culminating with awarding ceremonies. Organized under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (CFITF) Act, the event aims to increase income and productivity for the country’s 2.5 million coconut farmers while promoting sustainable growth of the Philippine coconut industry.
