Masterson Mile North, an upcoming high-rise condominium project by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, is set to transform the skyline of Uptown Cagayan de Oro. Recently approved by the 20th City Council through City Ordinance No. 2024-515 on July 22, 2024, the project will feature five residential towers ranging from 22 to 26 floors. Spanning across 11,649 square meters, it will accommodate a total of 1,006 saleable units.
The development’s approval hinges on fulfilling various conditions mandated by regulatory bodies such as the City Engineers Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board, as stipulated in the ordinance. These conditions ensure compliance with local regulations and standards aimed at fostering sustainable urban development.
Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, chairing both the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and on Laws and Rules, played a pivotal role in endorsing the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) application. This milestone marks a significant step forward for Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation in realizing its vision for Masterson Mile North.
Located prominently along Masterson Avenue, the project promises not only luxurious residential offerings but also contributes to the city’s urban landscape. With its strategic positioning and ambitious scale, Masterson Mile North is poised to become a landmark in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, catering to the growing demand for modern living spaces in the region.
As the development progresses, stakeholders eagerly anticipate the positive impact it will bring to the local economy and community, aligning with Cagayan de Oro’s aspirations for progressive urban growth and enhanced quality of life.
