CAGAYAN de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy together with Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez and some members of the 21st City Council attended the first Monday (Jan. 5) flag raising program held at City Hall grounds.
Hosted by the Mayor’s Office, the program also guested Kagay-anon FIDE chess master Ruelle Canino who was honored by Mayor Klarex and the city officials.
In his monthly message, Mayor Klarex thanked City Hall’s bureaucracy for their support and called on them to sustain their commitment to public service.
