CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – A Brown Company, one of the city’s oldest and most established construction and development firms, has announced plans to construct five twin towers in Balulang, according to a report reaching BusinessWeek Mindanao.
This mixed-use development is set to propel the vision of Uptown Metropolis, further fueling the ongoing construction boom in Cagayan de Oro, which has gained momentum in recent years.
The twin towers will be strategically located in Barangay Balulang, near the Pelaez [Taguanao] Bridge, offering stunning views of the city and its majestic mountains.
According to announcements by A Brown Company and its marketing affiliates, the project will span 9.13 hectares, integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces to ensure a modern urban lifestyle.
Phase one of the project will introduce the Zircon Condominium, a fourteen-story structure with 363 units ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments, promising elegance and comfort.
