By MARK FRANCISCO STA. ANA, TAGOLOAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL – In what is billed as a first in the country, the construction of a 12-storey residential building inside Valley View Township here was completed in nine days or 90 hours.
Benjamin Jalosjos, president of the developer RGJ Realty, said this previously unimaginable feat was achieved through the use of Holon technology from China.

In this innovative method, stainless steel prefabricated modular components are stacked like building blocks to facilitate rapid assembly, showcasing the efficiency and speed of this modern construction technique.
Engineering work is what China is good at. They have records of building skyscrapers at speed.

This is what RGJ Realty intends to replicate in Tagoloan.
And since part of Valley View Township is earmarked for the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino program that can address the country’s housing shortage, Jalosjos is capitalizing on this new technology.

“With the blessing of the government and especially President Marcos, we are hoping that Holon technology can address the Philippines’ housing backlog,” Jalosjos said.
Each of the 25 towers in the township will consist of 12 floors. The township will feature amenities such as commercial areas, greenspaces, clubhouse, chapel, children’s playground and various facilities for community socialization and basic services.
It will also feature a Fantasyland-theme park complete with rides and other amenities found in the famous Dapitan City resort.
