TWENTY-five persons with disabilities receive wheelchairs courtesy of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) through the lobbying of Misamis Oriental Gov. Peter “Sr. Pedro” M. Unabia, Vice Gov Jeremy Jonahhmar “Jigjag” G. Pelaez who personally handed out the items to his constituents during the weekly 24th flag raising ceremony June 10. 2024 at the provincial capitol.
