The Land Transportation Office (LTO) of Region 10 under the leadership of LTO Region 10 Regional Director Nelson S. Manaloto issues a Show Cause Order on the registered owner and the viral driver of a white Isuzu pick-up who visibly brandished a pistol and allegedly waived a dirty finger to others motorists last December 29, 2025.
The registered owner and the involved driver shall appear at LTO Region 10 to submit their explanation as to why the driver’s license should not be suspended or revoked following the incident. Presently, the Motor Vehicle used by the driver has been put under alarm.
LTO Region 10 strictly adheres to the directives of LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao with regards to strict enforcement particularly on incidents involving road rage. LTO continues to remind the public that driving should always be accompanied with discipline and emotional control. Moreover, the office reminds all road users to prioritize ROAD SAFETY and observe land transportation laws and regulations.
