SAN MARTIN, VILLANUEVA — PCOL AL M ABANALES, Acting Provincial Director of the Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Office (MORPPO), together with NAPOLCOM Commissioner Rafael Vicente R. Calinisan and Atty. Ramon Alfredo E. Dela Cruz, Regional Director of NAPOLCOM Region 10, PBGEN CHRISPTOPHER N ABRAHANO, RD, PRO 10 graced the Blessing and Turnover Ceremony of the newly constructed Opol Municipal Police Station at Brgy. Malanang, Opol, Misamis Oriental on January 26, 2026.
The ceremony brought together key leaders and stakeholders, including 2nd District Representative Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano, Hon. Mayor Jayfrancis D. Bago, local government officials, PNP personnel, and project partners—reflecting strong inter-agency cooperation and shared responsibility in strengthening public safety.
Event highlights the ribbon-cutting, unveiling of the marker, and the symbolic turnover of the key, formally marking the operational readiness of the modern police facility designed to better serve the Opol community.
The event emphasized the collective commitment of the PNP, NAPOLCOM, and the Local Government Unit to professionalism, integrity, and responsive policing in support of peace and order.
PCOL AL M ABANALES, emphasized the importance of integrity and community-oriented policing as he said, “As we bless and formally turn over this building, may it serve as a lasting symbol of our commitment to integrity, service, and community-oriented policing. May this Police Station always be a place where justice is upheld and where our people feel safe, respected, and welcome.”
