THE National Nutrition Council Region 10 recognized outstanding local government units, nutrition focal points, and advocates during the 2025 Regional Nutrition Awarding Ceremony held November 6 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
Awards conferred included the Green Banner Seal of Compliance, Nutrition Honor Award – Award of Merit, and Special Citations for LGU contenders to national awards.
Also honored were Regional Outstanding Local Nutrition Focal Points, winners of the Short Filmmaking Contest 9.0, the 6th Regional Nutri-Webby Awards, and the Best Garden of Go, Grow, and Glow (G4).
Gracing the ceremony as keynote speaker was Department of Agriculture Undersecretary for High Value Crops Cheryl Marie Natividad-Caballero, joined by Department of Health Center for Health Development–Northern Mindanao Regional Director Dr. Sulpicio Henry M. Legaspi Jr., National Nutrition Council-10 Nutrition Program Coordinator and OIC Reginaldo T. Guillen, and Philippine Information Agency-10 Regional Director Franklin P.
