OfficePartners360 (OP360), a US-headquartered BPO company, has confirmed its expansion in Cagayan de Oro City in SM CDO Downtown Tower.
OP360 signed-on more than 6,900 sqm. in SM Offices’ CDO Downtown Tower, thereby expanding its Mindanao footprint and solidifying the company’s operations in the Philippines.
By locating in Cagayan De Oro, OP360 strengthens its ability to cater to the increasing need for customized outsourcing solutions with the convenience of technology-ready facilities, while taking advantage of a diverse talent pool and collaborative culture of the city.
Held last May 5, 2023, OP360 and SM Offices formalized their partnership through a Signing Ceremony held in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Present were Mr. John Benjamin Roberts, President and COO of Office Partners 360, and Mr. Alexis Ortiga, SMPHI Vice President for BPO Management and Commercial Properties Group.

Just recently, OP360 initiated a business meeting with the Cagayan de Oro Trade and Investment Promotions Center (Oro-TIPC), Cagayan de Oro ICT Business Council, and the PESO Cagayan de Oro (PESO), to establish support and partnership from the Local Government Unit.
