CAGAYAN de Oro City first district Rep. Lordan Suan led the turnover February 14 of a solar-powered water system in barangay Pagalungan.
This is the fourth solar water system in the first legislative district whose construction is funded through Suan’s lobbying. The first three are located in barangays San Simon, Dansolihon and Tuburan.
This water system costs P9.8 million and can benefit 600 households.
