MOTORCYCLE taxi drivers belonging to Fetch CDO warmly welcomed former Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno during their second anniversary celebration April 25 at Labis Beach Resort in Opol, Misamis Oriental.
During the gathering, Moreno congratulated the group on their second year of plying commuters in the city even as he listened to the drivers of the homegrown text-based hailing system.
Moreno said that once he wins as mayor, he would look into ways to legitimize Fetch CDO and other habal-habal groups.
He pointed out that for now, these motorcycle taxi drivers need to continue being upright to their suki commuters so they would continue to be patronized.
Moreno also mentioned his priority programs in the city in a comeback new administration.
