THE Out-of-School Youth Development Alliance (OSYDA) of Cagayan de Oro City holds today, May 21, its regular meeting at the Sangguniang Panglungsod Session Hall, City Hall, Cagayan de Oro City.
Important matters discussed are the Learning to Earning Pathways Programme (LEaP!) of UNICEF Philippines, the programs and projects of OSYDA for 2026, the pillars of OSYDA, Kahigayonan Year 5 concepts and initial plan and the PYAP Barangayan Data.
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President and City Councilor Kenneth John Sacala presided over the meeting.
“Our agenda remains clear: to bridge the gaps in accessibility and provide concrete pathways for our out-of-school youth,” Sacala said. “By streamlining inter-agency efforts, we are ensuring that every young Kagay-anon is equipped with the necessary skills, livelihood opportunities, and social support to thrive in an evolving economy.” (IJBDayo)
