Architect Romolo Nati, Chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), recently unveiled the precise location of PARCO ITALIA. This forthcoming P2.38-billion mixed-use development spans 4.3 hectares and is situated in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City. The project comprises a cluster of 4-storey walk-up apartment buildings, totaling approximately 1,670 affordable units. The specific area is in the vicinity of Purok 3, San Miguel, Gusa, close to the ongoing construction of the CDO Eastern Interior Diversion Road (JR Borja Extension).
Arch. Nati disclosed this information during IDC’s Mid-year Thanksgiving Celebration on October 2 at Mallberry Suites Hotel. According to his presentation, Parco Italia will boast a Gross Floor Area of 72,410 sqm and a Saleable Area of 44,106 sqm.
Notably, Parco Italia will be under the Verona brand, following the success of Verona Green Residences, a low-rise walk-up condo development located in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City.
