FIFTY ONE (51) high school students from the Mindanao State University- Integrated Laboratory School (MSU-ILS) headed by its Assistant Dean Professor Intesar T. Aba-Conding, and accompanied by JHS Principal Prof Jamn Hadji Latip-Disomala, participated in the NRCP iShare Stories of Inspiration and Creative Research -Episode 4 of Season 3 held recently at the International Convention Center main campus, Marawi City
Assistant Dean Prof Intesar said these high school students was accompanied by Grade 10 Level Coordinator Prof. Hayl Ditucalan to make the necessary arrangement with the National Research Council of the Philippines enhancing smooth participation in said event., adding , this is a continued partnership between the Mindanao State University and National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) out of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that they have signed previously
Prof Hayl Ditucalan Grade 10 Coordinator said the 51 students who have participated were all excited to learn on how to pursue careers on science, technology , innovation and public policy.
Apart from the knowledge and wisdom they gained from the event, the students also received freebies from NCRP, personalized caps, shirts and notebooks which make their learning experience more memorable.
With this kind of endeavors, rest assured that MSU-ILS will always extends its support, commitment and active participation in the university’s pursuit of academic excellence., Prof Aba-Conding stress.
A researcher said that the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) is committed to promote frontiers and problem-oriented researches in the sciences and humanities, that provides solutions to pressing and anticipated national issues. It seeks an enabling environment where its members can continuously generate new knowledge and exemplary researches as well as new members.
