CANDIDATE number eight Gwyneth Jemimah Chan of barangay Lapasan is crowned the 60th Miss Cagayan de Oro pageant winner during the Miss CDO 2025 coronation night at Limketkai Mall Atrium on Saturday evening (Aug. 23).
