The construction of the Purok 5 Child Development Center in Barangay Poblacion, Manticao, budgeted at P3.2 million, and the Purok 2 Child Development Center in Barangay Maputi, Naawan, with an allocated budget of P3.4 million, underscores the governor’s unwavering commitment to providing a nurturing and conducive learning environment for the young children of the province.
