* RGJ Realty revolutionizes mass housing industry

* Builds 12-storey high-rise residential buildingin record-breaking 9-day period

STA. ANA, TAGOLOAN, Misamis Oriental – In a bid to beat the government’s targetted 2.5 million housing units under its centerpiece Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4P’s) program, a Dipolog-based housing developer showcases on Monday a technology of constructing a 12-story high rise residential building which can be completed in a record-breaking nine (9) days.

Jalosjos-owned RGJ Realty Corp. is on the verge of revolutionizing the construction industry by adapting the Chinese Holon technology of fast tracking the mass housing projects in China.

RGJ Realty is the developer of the Valley View Township, a high-rise mass housing enclave located in Brgy. Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Nestled atop the hill with a panoramic view of the bustling town of Tagoloan in the north and Macajalay Bay from afar, Valley View Township is envisioned to be a self-sustaining community with its own commercial center, school, transport system and a Disneyland-themed park among its amenities.

But RGJ Realty President Benjamin Jalosjos emphasized that this project is in response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s objective of providing at least 2.5 million low-cost housing for marginalized Filipinos within his 6-year term in office.

Jalosjos said the firm introduces the Holon technology as a better option for the government to achieve its massive housing needs.

The Holon technology
uses pre-fabricated stainless steel modular components which are then stacked like building blocks to facilitate rapid assembly, showcasing the efficiency and speed of this modern construction technique.

Pre-fabrication fast tracts the construction process which is now widely applied in engineering works.

“This will address the country’s housing shortage,” the young Jalosjos said.

“We hope to get the approval of Malacañang in as far as the viability of this technology and eventually allow RGJ Realty to provide the government massing housing backlog,” he said.

Valley View Township will consist of 25 towers with 12-storey each.

Aside from the themed-park, the township will have greenspaces, clubhouse, chapel, children’s playground and various facilities for community socialization and basic services.
