FOR several years now, the leadership of Gitagum, Misamis Oriental has been dominated by one family only. Incumbent Councilor April Dablio is attempting to change all that as she is running for mayor in this progressive town located west of Laguindingan airport midway between Cagayan de Oro and Iligan cities. She will be joined by a slate of four councilors from PaDayon Pilipino and three from Team Unity. Dablio will be running under gubernatorial candidate former Rep. Juliette Uy.
