THE scheme covers the segment from the former Pryce Plaza road downhill to the Macanhan flyover and is implemented during weekday morning peak hours, from 6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., Monday to Friday.
Under the system, vehicular traffic moving downhill is allowed full-lane passage for a brief window of two to three minutes, temporarily halting the uphill flow. After this interval, normal two-way traffic resumes until the next interval cycle begins.
