Their winning initiative, “𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚: 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” stood out impressively among 132 applications, demonstrating exceptional innovation and an unwavering commitment to child welfare.
The formal recognition was conferred December 3, 2025 at the Malacañan Palace in Manila, Philippines.
