PHIVIDEC-IA 4PH HOUSING PROJECT – The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC- IA) held a groundbreaking & capsule laying ceremony at the 4PH housing project site located inside the PHIVIDEC-IA estate at Brgy. Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental on April 30, 2024. This ceremony was part of the year-long series of activities for PHIVIDEC- IA’s 50th Golden Year celebration celebrated this 2024.
The ceremony was led by PHIVIDEC-IA Administrator, Atty. Joseph J. Bernedo, DHSUD- Region 10 Director, Mr. Ariel B. Abragan, and RGJ Chairman, Mr. Romeo G. Jalosjos. The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC-IA) and Equi-Parco Construction Company=conclude a Joint Venture Signing to put up a Bulk Water Supply Project that will provide a reliable water supply for all locators inside the 3,000-hectare PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate in Misamis Oriental and for the future potential investors.
