PHIVIDEC-IA 4PH HOUSING PROJECT โ The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC- IA) held a groundbreaking & capsule laying ceremony at the 4PH housing project site located inside the PHIVIDEC-IA estate at Brgy.
