𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘰 — In celebration of the 34th Anniversary of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), a total of 412 personnel from BJMP Region X and jail units across Northern Mindanao participated in a nationwide Simultaneous Tree Planting Activity today, June 23, 2025.
Under the leadership of JCSUPT FELIXBERTO S JAGORIN JR., DSC, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, 23 jail units and BJMP Regional Office X successfully planted 2,219 assorted tree seedlings across various sites.
The activity underscores BJMP Region X’s commitment to environmental protection, climate action, and community engagement, in line with national greening efforts and the 34th Anniversary’s focus on sustainability and partnership building.
