CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City – Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) warmly welcomes PBGEN ROLINDO M SUGUILON as its new Acting Regional Director, effective June 19, 2025.
Born in El Salvador, Misamis Oriental, PBGEN SUGUILON brings with him a wealth of experience and a solid track record in police leadership and operational management. He previously served as the Acting Director of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), Deputy Regional Director for Operations and Chief Regional Staff of Police Regional Office 11, and Chief of the Regional Investigation and Detection Management Division of PRO10.
He also held key positions as Provincial Director of both Misamis Occidental and Lanao del Norte Police Provincial Offices, as well as Force Commander of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 10—equipping him with a deep understanding of the security landscape and peace and order situation in Northern Mindanao.
PRO10 also extends its heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to PBGEN JAYSEN C DE GUZMAN, the outgoing Regional Director, for his dynamic and committed leadership. Under his command, PRO10 marked significant achievements in law enforcement operations, crime prevention, anti-illegal drug campaigns, and strengthened community engagement. He will be reassigned to the Police Regional Office – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO BAR), where he is expected to continue his service in a key leadership role.
The reassignment of officers is a regular process in the PNP organization, ensuring the continued development of leadership competencies, career progression, and the effective delivery of public safety services across the country.
As PRO10 transitions under new leadership, the command remains steadfast in its commitment to serve and protect the people of Northern Mindanao, upholding professionalism, discipline, and excellence in public service. ###
