𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐂 𝐈𝐀 formally welcomed two new locators in a contract signing ceremony held at the PHIVIDEC IA Board Room on June 23, 2026, reinforcing the industrial estate’s continued growth and investment momentum.

Representing PHIVIDEC IA during the signing were Deputy Administrator for Operations 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨, Deputy Administrator for Support Services 𝐄𝐧𝐏 𝐇𝐲𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐒. 𝐒𝐮𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐲, and Enterprise Assistance Division Chief Trade-Industry Development Specialist 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐈𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐂. 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚, 𝐉𝐫.

𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐂 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. is a transportation and hauling company that will establish a garage, motor pool, and barracks facility on a 5,000-square-meter property in Barangay San Martin, Villanueva. The project carries an estimated investment of 𝐏𝐇𝐏 𝟏𝟗𝟕.𝟔𝟔 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Also signing a lease agreement was 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 (𝐏𝐏𝐂), a renewable energy developer that will construct a transmission line connecting the NGCP Villanueva Substation to the 3.7-megawatt Malitbog and 3.7-megawatt Silo-o Hydroelectric Power Plants in Bukidnon. The project will occupy 16,997 square meters across Villanueva and Tagoloan and is expected to create employment opportunities for both regular workers and contractors.

The entry of these new locators highlights PHIVIDEC IA’s commitment to fostering industrial development, supporting renewable energy initiatives, and generating employment opportunities that contribute to the economic growth of Northern Mindanao.
