THE Korean coin pancake craze is now available in Opol, the nearest town west of Cagayan de Oro City.
Sugar Cafe has just opened a branch there and on its folio are 17 yummy Korean coin pancake flavors to choose from.
Yes, you’ve read that right – 17 Korean coin pancake flavors! These are mozza mania, choco mozza, so cheesy ham, tuna mozza, burger mozza, cheesy mozza kernel, fluffy coffee, purple yum, red mung bean, dulce de leche, gotcha matcha, strawberry, bravo Bavarian, oro Oreo, choco banana, choco loco and choco chips.
The Korean coin pancake is a round bite-sized pastry filled with melted mozzarella and shaped like a coin. When freshly cooked, the cheese inside stretches when you bite it.
Aside from the Korean coin pancake, also available at Sugar Cafe are corndog, pizza, chicken rice meals and fries (sour cream, cheese, barbecue, sweet corn, wasabi). Their pizza flavors are ham & cheese, Hawaiian, beef & mushroom, pepperoni, all meat and supreme.
They offer the following beverages: iced and hot (cappuccino, salted caramel, Spanish latte, Americano, hazelnut latte, choco, roasted coffee, matcha latte, caramel, macchiato, French vanilla); milk tea in medium and large sizes (red velvet, wintermelon, chocolate, Okinawa, matcha, Hokkaido); and fruit yogurt (lychee, blueberry, strawberry, apple green, four seasons, blue lemonade).

Sugar Cafe is located at UHB Building right near Poblacion barangay hall at the heart of Opol, Misamis Oriental.
