THIRTY five families whose homes were demolished received immediate basic relief assistance from the office of 1st District Congressman Lordan Suan.
According to 1st District Assistant Director Bert Amplayo, when Congressman Suan learned of the situation in Barangay 15, Kalambagohan Street in the city, he immediately dispatched his Quick Response Team (QRT) to provide assistance to residents who had lost their shelter.
Amplayo added that despite the office’s current lack of funds, Congressman Suan still allocated modest assistance to the 35 affected families, recognizing that their situation is truly difficult and deserving of help and understanding.
