Rockwell joins Pag-IBIG Fund to offer affordable and premium home choices under Expanded 4PH

Rockwell Land Corporation has joined Pag-IBIG Fund’s growing network of leading developer partners, bringing a wider range of residential choices, from affordable housing to premium residences, within reach of Filipino workers and their families through affordable home financing.

The partnership comes ahead of the 2nd National Housing Expo on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City, where Rockwell will join more than 80 participating developer partners offering homeownership opportunities to Filipino families. The event is part of Pag-IBIG Fund’s continuing efforts to engage leading property developers and expand housing choices under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling said the growing participation of leading developers, including at the upcoming Expo, reflects their confidence in the government’s housing direction and the progress achieved under Expanded 4PH.

“More of the country’s leading developers are joining our housing efforts because they see the clear direction set by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and the progress we are making under Expanded 4PH. They recognize that by working with DHSUD and Pag-IBIG Fund, we can help more Filipino workers afford quality homes while creating greater opportunities for the housing industry. Rockwell’s participation reflects this growing confidence and shared commitment,” Aliling said.

Best known for its premium residential developments, Rockwell is also bringing affordable housing projects into its partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund. The agreement initially covers Stonewell Acacia Homes and Stonewell Mahogany Homes in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, both of which are now accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund. Two more developments in Lipa, Batangas, are undergoing accreditation: Stonewell Molave Homes, which offers house-and-lot units starting at ₱950,000, and Terreno South, Rockwell’s first upscale gated community in Lipa, which offers lots priced from ₱4 million to ₱7 million.

Rockwell is also pursuing accreditation for Anahaw Homes in San Antonio, Quezon Province, where finished house-and-lot units start at ₱2 million, along with several of its upscale developments, including The Grove in Pasig, The Arton in Quezon City, Fordham and Larsen Towers in Sucat, Muntinlupa, and BenCab in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Under the agreement, Rockwell will identify participating projects and available units, including ready-for-occupancy properties, and offer preferential pricing and other incentives to qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members. Pag-IBIG Fund will provide housing financing, loan counseling, and assistance to help members make informed homeownership decisions.

The partnership combines Rockwell’s more than three decades of experience in developing thoughtfully designed residences across different market segments with Pag-IBIG Fund’s affordable home financing. Rockwell’s participation in the Expo will also provide an opportunity for prospective buyers to learn more about its residential developments and available homeownership options.

“We’re grateful to Pag-IBIG Fund for this partnership and the opportunity to bring the Rockwell experience to more Filipinos. We’ve spent more than 30 years creating homes, and we look forward to making that experience accessible to more families through this collaboration. We are excited to meet them at the National Housing Expo,” said Valerie L. Soliven, President and COO of Rockwell Land.

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta said the partnership opens more homeownership opportunities for Filipinos across different income levels.

“For many of our members, owning a Rockwell home is an aspiration. What makes this partnership especially meaningful is that Rockwell is bringing forward choices for different budgets, from affordable homes to premium residences. By combining these options with our affordable housing financing, we want to help more Filipino workers find a quality home that matches both their aspirations and their financial capacity,” Acosta said.

She added that Pag-IBIG Fund’s housing loan ceiling of ₱10 million allows qualified members to consider a wider range of properties. Promotional interest rates of 4.5% apply to loans above the socialized housing ceiling and up to ₱4.9 million, while 5.75% applies to loans above ₱4.9 million and up to ₱10 million. Both rates are fixed for the first three years and are available until December 31, 2026.

Acosta encouraged prospective homebuyers to take advantage of the upcoming Expo, which will feature thousands of housing units, special offers, and on-site Pag-IBIG Housing Loan assistance.

“Whether our members are looking for their first home or a home that better suits their growing needs and aspirations, we want them to know that Pag-IBIG Fund is here to help. At the 2nd National Housing Expo, they can explore thousands of available homes, discover special offers and receive assistance from us, their Lingkod Pag-IBIG. We encourage every Filipino family planning to own a home to come and see the opportunities available to them,” Acosta said.

Acosta and Soliven formalized the partnership through a memorandum of understanding signed on October 13 in Makati City. The signing was witnessed by Aliling, DHSUD Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr., Rockwell Chairman and CEO Nestor J. Padilla, and Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy Chief Executive Officer Alexander Hilario G. Aguilar. Also present were Pag-IBIG Fund Acting Vice Presidents Jose Robert Po and Tina Marie Gabiosa. (END)
