The city extends its deep gratitude to the Agricultural Productivity Operations Office (APOO), under the leadership of Engr. Bernie Daba, for their unwavering care and support for the agriculture and fisheries sectors.
Part of the celebration was the turnover of farmer inputs and the preparations for the expected drought as a way of protecting production and livelihoods, as witnessed by Councilor Juancho Pascual, chair of the committee on agriculture.
The enthusiasm of the farmersโ associations also continues to be evident through their products displayed at the mini park for an entire month.
The opening was personally led by Chief of Staff Sheila Lumbatan and City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas together with the city councilors.
“Magpadayon kita sa pagbarug ug pagpalig-on sa sektor nga nagbuhi sa atong komunidad,” Uy said.
