NATIONAL Telecommunications Commission (NTC) 10 director Teodoro Buenavista is among only eight individuals this year that has been nominated for the prestigious 2025 Presidential Gawad CES.
The Presidential Gawad Career Executive Service (CES) is an annual awards program for the
members of the CES based on demonstrated exemplary performance and significant
contributions that concretize the ideals of the CES of “bringing change where it is needed,
expertise where it is missing, and leadership where it is wanting.”
Buenavista is the only individual from Region 10 nominated for the award.
He has been NTC 10 director since 2007 and is among the first electronic and communication engineers in the country since the new curriculum was created in the 1990s.
