TUBOD, Lanao del Norte (PIA)–The Lanao del Norte Police Provincial Office (LDN PPO) highlighted its operational accomplishments for 2021 during the Joint Provincial Development Council, Provincial Peace and Order Council, and Provincial Anti Abuse Council meeting.
In its campaign against illegal drugs, LDN PPO conducted 118 anti-illegal drugs operations arresting 134 drug personalities with 157 cases filed. A total of 223 wanted persons were arrested 24 of whom are most wanted persons while 199 are other wanted persons.
For its campaign against loose firearms, there were 137 police operations conducted which resulted in the arrest of 56 individuals, 154 loose firearms confiscated with 69 cases filed in court.
Moreover, there were 10 operations conducted for the campaign against illegal logging which arrested eight violators and filing of eight cases.
On the other hand, a total of six operations were conducted for its campaign against illegal fishing wherein 37 individuals were arrested. Their fishing gear/ paraphernalia together with caught fish and two compressor tanks were also confiscated.
In its campaign against illegal gambling, 205 individuals were arrested and 63 cases were filed for the 63 operations conducted.

Rodolfo Dongiapon also reported that the province is currently enjoying peace and tranquillity and will continue to prosper as the Philippine National Police alongside the Armed Forces of the Philippines and other law enforcement agencies intensified its collective security and peacebuilding efforts for the prevention and mitigation of election-related violence and other risks affecting the peaceful conduct of the 2022 national and local elections.
