Mandaluyong City—Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Misamis Occidental brings two local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MMSEs) of Misamis Occidental to the Coconut Philippines Trade Fair 2025 on August 28-September 2, 2025 at the Mega Trade Halls 1-3, 5th Level, Mega B, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
Through the Department’s Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) program, DTI Misamis Occidental supported the participation of homegrown, coconut-based MSMEs: Oroquieta City Agriculture Cooperative (OroqCoco) from Oroquieta City and Xiao’s Homemade Food Trading from Calamba.
OroqCoco showcased a variety of products such as Balsamic Coconut Vinegar, Spicy Vinegar, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), Coco Liquid Seasoning, Coconut Aminos, Magnesium Therapy Oil, and Magnesium Infused Cream.
Meanwhile, featured products of Xiao’s Homemade Food Trading include Coconut Sambal, Spicy Vinegar, and Cocosakurab.
The Coconut Philippines Trade Fair 2025 is the country’s first trade fair that is dedicated entirely to the Philippine coconut industry.
The trade fair aims to showcase the diversity, innovation, and economic potential of the Philippine coconut industry by providing a dedicated platform for stakeholders, including coconut farmers, MSMEs, exporters, manufacturers, and government agencies, to promote their products, create market linkages, and explore investment opportunities.
