Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. was recognized as one of the top local developers in production at the 2026 Padayon: BPI Partners Appreciation Night held recently at the Philippine International Convention Center.
The award highlights a year of consistent performance for the company, specifically in facilitating housing loan activity with the Bank of the Philippine Islands. The annual Padayon Awards gather the bank’s primary partners, including developers and dealers, to acknowledge their contributions to the bank’s lending business and housing finance. The event title “Padayon” is a Visayan term meaning “to move forward,” symbolizing the resilience and progress central to the developer’s long-term strategy.
The company reported firm demand over the past year, supported by projects in various growth areas across the country. Its housing loan generation results were driven by steady sales take-up and coordination with financing institutions.
