In honor of the Feast of Nuestra Seniora del Carmen, the Barangay Carmen Council, led by Punong Barangay Rosemary “Lorna” V. Uy, former Vice Mayor and on going Barangay Administrator Raineir Joaquin “Kikang” V. Uy presents the DINOGAN FESTIVAL series of activities 2023.
The activities are as folows: blood letting on July 1 at the barangay hall covered court; launching of fiesta activities, academy night and community night of local talents on July 8; Pista sa Nayon, battle of the bands competition and another round of community night for local talents on July 9; job fair by day on July 10 and the third round of community night of local talents by evening on the same day; the fourth round of community night of local talents by June 11; women’s day zumba dance contest and community night of local talents on July 12; the Dinogan street dancing competition on the morning of July 13 to be followed with the clean and green contest and a show by the House of Draglords in the evening; a civic parade, the most decorated trisikad contest and the fourth round of community night of local talents on June 14; and a rave party and community night of local talents on July 15. July 16 is the fiesta day.
