REELECTIONIST Cagayan de Oro City second district Councilor James Judith successfully convinced his colleagues April 21 to approve a resolution condemning the alleged action of Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD) disputed interim manager Fermin Jarales.
During their weekly session that day, Judith took the floor and said that Jarales’ action does not befit good governance.
In an interview with several media later after the session, Judith showed a video to reporters and said that the clip itself would prove that it was Jarales who forcibly entered or opened the COWD premises along Corrales avenue last April 16 by destroying the entrance door thereof.
This version of the incident was what many councilors believe and the resolution was approved with five abstentions.
