The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC-IA) was one of the government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) recognized during the 2026 GOCC Day held on July 8, 2026, in the Ceremonial Hall, Malacaรฑang.
PHIVIDEC-IA remitted a total of โฑ443.52 million to the national governmentโs coffers this year, โฑ58 million higher than the 2025 contribution of โฑ385.41 million.

PHIVIDEC-IA Chairman of the Board, Engr. Augustus N. Adis represented the authority, and received the recognition given by His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
The dividend increase is the outcome of continued efforts to entice new business enterprises to locate inside the industrial estate. This increase was attributed to port dues, real property tax, and lease rental collections.

The strong performance of the business locators within the estate is indicative of higher revenue performance. This income and dividend share increase has demonstrated PHIVIDEC-IA’s capacity to fulfill its industrial development mandate in providing the national government with revenues for our countryโs development.
We at PHIVIDEC-IA would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our clients and stakeholders for making this accomplishment possible. We will continue to serve with excellence and commitment to achieving our country’s long-term goals.
