AFP’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1 spearheaded Information Drive for various livelihood opportunities in 4ID
To boost the morale of Diamond troopers, the AFP’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1 visited the 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division at Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City on September 5, 2024.
Upon his arrival, Brigadier General Consolito P Yecla, Assistant Division of 4ID, received and warmly welcomed Major General Rommel P Roldan with the traditional military honor, along with selected military officers, Enlisted Personnel, and Civilian Human Resources of the Command.
Major General Roldan led in conducting an Information Drive focused on various livelihood opportunities. This initiative aimed to inform and assist personnel and civilians in exploring and accessing different economic activities and resources. A specific highlight of the said drive was the presentation and promotion of BAYO products, which were showcased at the 4ID, Alcoseba Hall.
In his message, Major General Roldan emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering a supportive environment for the troops and their families.
He expressed his commitment to continuously finding ways to improve the quality of life for AFP personnel and enhance their overall well-being through practical and sustainable opportunities.
Said activity not only underscored the AFP’s dedication to its personnel but also served as a platform for connecting the military community with valuable resources and opportunities.
