CAMIGUIN (PIA)—To obtain vaccination details and speed up contact tracing in Camiguin, the provincial government urged locals and visitors of the island to secure a COVID-19 Vaccination ID.
“Pwede magamit inig sulod sa mga establishments kay pareho ra ni og functions sa atong CleanCamiguin QR ID,” Gov. Jurdin Jesus Romualdo said in Serbisyong PPR, radio program, January 21.
(This can be used in entering establishments because it has similar functions with that of the CleanCamiguin QR ID)
To register, one should visit www.cleancamiguinqr.com and he/she must log in using the 10-digit CCRQ ID. Users may now fill out the vaccination details found in their vaccination card like the date and the brand of the vaccine received.
The system user should also upload a copy of his/her vaccination card as one of the proofs of vaccination. The provincial/municipal health office will verify the details submitted. One should wait at least five days for verification.
After the verification, the user can log in again to his/her CleanCamiguin QR account then click the vaccination information to check if it is already approved.
One can then click the ‘save image’ option to download the vaccination ID.
The vaccination ID can be printed out and laminated so the resident or visitor can easily show his/her vaccination details prior to entry to establishments or public utility vehicles as required in the province. (RTP/PIA-10/Camiguin)
