Villanueva Mayor Uy delivers state of the municipal address

Incumbent Villanueva, Misamis Oriental Mayor Jennie Rosalie Uy-Mendez delivers her emotional State of the Municipal Address as she shied away from the usual litany of accomplishments to a speech centered on relationship building and encouraging fellow municipal officials to deliver dedicated service to their constituents without reservation and political insinuation.
