Leveling up the customer experience

Financial flexibility within reach

While the pandemic caused disruption in the lending business of several banks, RBank’s GO!Salary Loan Online program was able to resume its activities mid-2020.

Its end-to-end digital process significantly improved the experience of the Bank’s corporate partners and customers as processing time significantly reduced from 1 to 2 weeks down to 1 to 2  working days.

Furthermore, the innovation reduced man-hours, and maximized productivity. It also reduced risk factors and increased efficiency in the loan approval process.

Its digitization also allowed the Bank to partner with companies in far areas of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

In 2020, the GO! Salary Loan Online has been recognized as the Most Innovative Digital Transformation Initiative in the Philippines, by The Global Economics.

Robinsons Bank continues to chart its path towards digitization with the goal of creating products and services that will enhance the customer experience to provide easier and more convenient banking services to clients.

The Asian Banking and Finance recognizes the banking leaders that have “introduced groundbreaking retail banking products and services that proved to be industry game changers.”

Robinsons Bank is the financial services arm of the Gokongwei Group, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. It currently ranks 18th among universal and commercial banks in the country, with assets amounting to Php 151.215 Bn Bn as of December 2020.
