CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: House Deputy Speaker and Cagayan de Oro Rep. Rufus Rodriguez ranked 7th among 300 Representatives in the latest nationwide job performance survey.
The public satisfaction survey was conducted by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Incorporated.
Rodriguez earned 67 per cent job performance rating from respondents in the entire Philippines making him No. 7 in the entire country and ranking him the No. 1 Congressman among Mindanao representatives.
“I am very honored to be ranked 7th of the Top performing Representatives in the country and No. 1 in Mindanao. I dedicate this recognition to my beloved constituents in Cagayan de Oro City,” Rodriguez said.
The other Mindanaonon lawmakers who placed 8th and 10th in ranking is presidential son and Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte (Region 11) and Sarangani Rep. Rogelio Pacquiao (Region 12) with 65 per cent and 62 per cent respectively.
The survey also shows that House Speaker and Marinduque Rep. Lord Velasco ranked 1st with 85 per cent performance rating.
The “House of Representatives Public Satisfaction Survey” conducted by RP- Mission and Development Foundation Inc. is an independent, non-commissioned nationwide survey and performed per district in every region with a total of 10,000 respondents.
In the survey, Rodriguez also rank No. 1 among fourteen district representatives in Northern Mindanao
It can be noted that as of April 8, Rodriguez also ranked 1st among the members of the House with most number of bills filed at 689. He also has perfect attendance.
