A total of 25 persons graduated in two short programs offered by Monster Kitchen Academy in Cagayan de Oro City.
In a ceremony held Monday at Cucina Higala, the 25 graduates received their certificates of completion, toques, Wilton certificates, market basket and distinction awards handed out by Monster Kitchen business unit head Anna Marie Medes.
There were six graduates for Fundamentals in Baking and Pastry Arts and 19 graduates for Fundmaentals in Culinary Arts all under the able tutelage of chef-instructors Allen Abragan, Ramon Cardenas, Albert Chiu, Helene Mabao, Camille Montesines, Khoki Saavedra, Dara Abanil, Elvie Cruz, Zyril Paul Daoang and Hasanah Macapaar under the steerage of program heads Chefs Dio Raphael Ratunil and Catherine Dano.
The graduates for Fundamentals in Baking and Pastry Arts were the following: Betchie Antigo, Genevieve Derramas, Keven Gadiano, Arnibeth Jaramillo, Henrica Marie Mamantuc and Wenevie Pogay.
The graduates for Fundamentals in Culinary Arts were the following: Daven Agabon, Cresen John Bersabal, Gishiel May Bolivar, Louis Miguel Cabrera, Ramises Casals Jr., Waldz Osmond Centino, Rodney Chio, Flaviano Eco III, Eugene Ege, Thrisleir Larida, Glezyl Mae Llagono, Carlo Mangubat, Ruel Miñoza, Cloie Nicole Pacudan, Francis Andrew Pelaez, Patrick Erwing Plaza, Celia Salas, Edfer Jan Uga and June Clarisse Valdehueza.
