There are a lot of activities lined up from September 5 to 31, these include activities being done by our provincial offices,” BFAR-10 Regional Director Teodoro Bacolod, Jr. said in a press conference, September 12.

“Naa’y isda. Ang problema lang kung unsaon nimo pagkuha sa isda because of the high cost of fuel. Sa gasolina pa lang daan kuno pildi sila. Ang BFAR just like sa mga farmers naghatag pud mi karon og kanang fuel subsidy, P3,000 na siya but ang among ihatag lang sa ila is card muadto lang sila og mga gasoline station, mura ba’g ga-swipe sila,” Bacolod added.

(There is fish. The only problem is how to catch them because of the high cost of fuel. With the gasoline alone, they are already at a loss. BFAR, just like what the government did for the farmers, provides a fuel subsidy at P3,000, but what we are giving them is the card, which they can use in gasoline stations. They are just going to swipe the card)
